3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the betinasia platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. betinasia reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. 4.3 Accepted Payment Methods. betinasia currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. betinasia reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betinasia aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; GCash withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. betinasia reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. betinasia reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. betinasia does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended.
5.1 betinasia may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. betinasia reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. betinasia reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has attempted to abuse or manipulate any promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.
5.4 betinasia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
6.1 All games available on the betinasia platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.
6.2 betinasia's slot games and random number-based games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in monitored studio environments.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, betinasia reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. betinasia's decision in such matters is final.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the betinasia platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the betinasia platform without prior written consent from betinasia.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betinasia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betinasia platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.2 betinasia does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. betinasia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond its reasonable control.
9.3 betinasia's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betinasia account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betinasia's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 betinasia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the betinasia platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 betinasia implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 12.1 betinasia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) a player has breached these Terms; (b) betinasia suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) a player fails to complete identity verification; or (d) betinasia is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 You may close your betinasia account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
12.3 betinasia reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed account pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betinasia platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 betinasia's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
